Can you *please* compress the MP3s of the podcasts before posting them? I'm sure that the relatively different volumes of different callers are outside of your initial control, but free, multi-platform tools (e.g. Audacity) are available to help you quickly correct it before posting the MP3s. I'd love to set the volume once while listening to the beginning of one of your podcasts and then leave the volume alone; instead, someone's too quiet, so I turn it up, and then someone else (or your music) is so much louder that it blasts out my car speakers (or even worse, if jogging with earbuds, my eardrums.) The discussions are interesting, and this simple touch would make the presentation much more professional.
